After changing to the new high speed AOL Broadband service, we lost our connection for 4 days, that wasn't the plan, nor offered by AOL, don't want to bore you with details, but if you are going to make the change, and it is a lot faster service, make sure you get a guarantee that you will not be off line for more than 6 hours, it has cost me 5 hours on my mobile phone trying to make contact with AOL, just like politicians, promises they cannot keep, and ready at any time to break.
Now it's service as normal. The Legends are back.
Phil Taylor won the Whyte Macay Premier League at the Wembley Arena last night in style, after beating King in the sem-final by 8 legs to 1, he went on to defeat Wade, who had beat Whitlock in the first semi-final 8-6, by 10 legs to 8. Taylor was in breathtaking form, and he bacme the first player to hit 2 perfect 9 dart legs in one match, the scoring from both players was of the highest standard, Taylor producing 10 maximums, and a 10 and a 12 dart leg thrown in for good measure, Taylor picked up £125,000 for his win, Wade £65,000, king won the third anf ourth play off to earn £50,000, and Whitlock £40,000.

John lowe and Eric Bristow played at the Tower Hotle Derry on Saturday night, over 300 people turned out for the Mickey Mooney testimonial, all proceeds going to the Derry Hospice. It was a great night, the darts were of a high quality, especialy from Lowe, who averaged around the 100 mark all night, music followed the darts, and the party ran on until the small hours, the Legends would like to thank organisor Ciaran Mooney and his team of helpers, and to the people of Derry and visiting area's, a big thank you for making the night a great success.

One of the UK's finest singing artists: "Morgan" has joined the Legends, the debut appearance is at Chesterfield Golf Club on July 30th 2010, billed as: John Lowe and Morgan, the show sold out in under 2 hours. The theme is: Summer Barbecue, food at 7pm, followed by John playing an exhibition for one hour against members of the audience, a auction of colectable items will follow the break, then Morgan will top the bill for the next hour, in all the show will be 3 hours. Paul Wilson will provide the stage set, and will host and present the show. John and Morgan have worked together in Tenerife in a fund raiser for the Islands Breast Care charity: AMATE.
